Weekly Wonders: International Women In Engineering Celebration

​Celebrate International Women in Engineering day at the Imaginarium. Learn about famous women engineers throughout history and how their contributions have shaped the future of science as we know it. Practice building bridges like Emily Roebling (who oversaw construction of the Brooklyn Bridge). Play with polymers like Stephanie Louise Kwolek. Try your hand at electrical engineering like Edith Clarke and creating new inventions like the "lady Edison" Beulah Henry.
